At the general meeting on 27 April 2023, it was voted unanimously that employees of Basel Rheintalwerke who work indirectly or directly for Novartis company can also apply for membership as so-called "Zugewandte Personen".
"Zugewandte Personen" may use the services and benefits according to Art. 2 No. 8 of the bylaws. The "Zugewandte Personen" shall be excluded from all other membership rights, in particular the right to vote, to elect and to have a say.
